Apple iPhone 7 Cases

If you have a shiny brand new phone, you will want to protect it the best you can.

Because nobody likes damaged screen, edges of your phone or scratches all over it simply because of a mistake.

You can never be careful enough, and if you are one of those who drop their phone on daily basis and you think none of the cases would be good enough for you – don’t worry because there are cases just right for you.

I will cover cases from different designs and different functionalities to help you find the best one for yourself.

What are you looking for?

When I am getting a case for my iPhone, I prefer my Apple logo still be left visible on the back of my phone. So I don’t like cases which hide my logo and cover it completely.

Maybe it’s just me, but I found that to be a factor when deciding which case to get. Everyone has different taste and wants different from their case.

Since there are so many different iPhone 7 cases out there, I have put a list of various cases to help you find the best case for yourself which will do a great job protecting your sexy phone.

7 Best Buy iPhone 7 Cases –

Apple Brand Case

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 4.4 out of 5

  • Made by Apple
  • Made out of silicone
  • Available for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
  • Available in 12 different colors

It provides a snug fit to your phone which allows you to get some additional protection without compromising your design. However, if you aren’t into silicone cases – Apple sells leather cases too, but for a bit higher price.

Casemade Leather Wallet

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 4.7 out of 5

  • Made from cowhide leather
  • Space for three cards and money
  • Magnetic clasp

If you are into wallet cases, I think you might like this one. It’s made out of leather so it has a nice touch feel but also it comes with the magnetic clasp so the cover snaps gently shut and there is no way it can open in your bag or hand.

However, if you don’t like wallet cases but still want space for your cards or money, make sure you look out for Mujjo leather cases.

Griffin Survivor Clear Case

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 4.5 out of 5

  • Tough case
  • Made out of polycarbonate and TPU
  • Doesn’t hide your iPhone
  • Available in 7 colors

This would be a perfect case for me. It doesn’t hide your phone since you can
purchase it in clear version so you can show off your phone. It’s a little bit chunky but it helps to prevent your phone screen from cracking when being dropped.

Miniot Contour

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 4.8 out of 5

  • Real wood
  • Brilliant design
  • Made out of 2 different kinds of wood

If you are a wood lover, this is a must have iPhone case. It is made out of real wood and you can purchase it in mahogany, rosewood or walnut colors. It has a brilliant classy design which makes your phone stand out of the crowd and it kinda makes it look more expensive.

Since it comes in two pieces, a case has a visible join on the back and it’s not flexible. However, these reasons shouldn’t be a problem when it comes to protecting your iPhone.

Apple Smart Battery Case

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 4.3 out of 5

  • Keeps your phone battery alive all the time
  • Good for traveling or in case of emergency
  • Reasonably protective
  • Available in 3 colors

If you are using your phone a lot – you probably carry around an external battery for your phone. With this case, you wouldn’t need it. A case is a little bit bulky, but it shouldn’t matter since you get an external battery inside the case. It’s a smooth silicone case which doubles iPhone’s stamina in real terms.

However, if you aren’t digging Apple’s case, take a look at Mophie Juice Pack Air for your iPhone 7 which does the same, but you might find it more classy.

Tech21 Evo Elite

Best place to buy: Amazon.com
Editor rating: 5 out of 5

  • Respectable Apple approved case maker
  • Elite case with slim design
  • Drop protection up to 2 meters

A classy elite case with a slim design which is made by Apple’s approved case maker Tech21.
It’s slim enough to use it daily with the action of putting it in your pocket and taking it out with no problems. Also, you won’t need to worry about dropping your iPhone since it has drop protection up to 2 meters height.

Best place to buy: Amazon.com

  • Spidercase ensures bump up to IP68
  • Waterproof
  • Unique look

If you are always around the water and there is a possibility of your phone getting wet or dropped inside a deep water, then this case is just made for you. Spidercase will help your iPhone survive a dunking for 30 minutes in 2 meters of water.

If you want to use your phone in the shower, when having a bath or you simply want to start taking snaps underwater this is the right case for it.

It has a unique design with a clip loop at the top and a spider web design on the back.

It might be a little bit too big, but it doesn’t need to be your first choice. You can keep this case for special occasions.

I hope I have helped you to choose your next iPhone 7 case. I might write a post reviewing iPhone 7 Plus cases as well.

Thanks Dario for your blog on battery life. I will check all these apps and save some battery life. Is it true you should only charge your battery after at least 50% has been used. Can you actually burn up your battery if you keep it on the charger too long?
    Thanks for the insights. 🙂

    • Hello Judy,

It’s true to charge your battery after 50% used because as I have mentioned, it’s the best to charge the battery after you drain it up.
If you constantly charge your battery for example at 70%, your battery will start behaving like 70% is its full capacity instead of 100% because.

Also, you can’t burn up your battery if you keep it on the charger for too long, but it’s not healthy for the battery to overcharge it.
It’s okay if you leave it sometimes, but don’t do it always.
